Traditional Neighborhood Development in the City of Madison
| The TND District allows the development of compact pedestrian oriented mixed-use development by right. Traditional Neighborhood Districts are required to be no smaller than twenty contiguous acres and no greater than two hundred contiguous acres. Property is considered contiguous even if separated by a public road or street.
